The whole world in his hands

In the amount of time the Bondi Department has had the Epstein files a very slow proofreader could have redacted every "Lord" from a King James Bible, but they haven't managed to redact the names and images of the Trump-Epstein pedophilia victims from "several hundred thousand" pages of evidence.  According to Ghislaine Maxwell go-between Todd Blanche they will release everything "over the next couple of weeks."  Everything happens "in two weeks" with this crew, which is to say not at all.  When you break the law 34 times (officially) without consequences, what's one more crime?

Rep. Ro Khanna thinks there should be consequences.  The author of the Epstein Transparency Act said, "We will prosecute individuals regardless of whether they're the attorney general or a career or political appointee."  I like his nerve but as Jimmy Kimmel asked, "Who's going to arrest them, Canada?"  It's not easy to adjust to being governed by criminals.  A Russian could explain it.

It appears that the shooting at Brown University and the murder of Nuno Loureiro, a professor of nuclear physics at MIT, were the work of Claudio Manuel Neves Valente, who was a graduate student at Brown two decades ago.  Neves Valente killed himself in a storage facility in New Hampshire.  Cases closed?  Don't be silly.  Neves Valente was a legal permanent resident from Portugal, which is all it took to shake the conspiracy bag until the nuts fell out.  Laura Loomer was the largest:  "The shooter, a Portuguese national and Brown student, is believed to be responsible for both...now we need to find out what the Portuguese connection means.  Brown granted admissions [sic] to a foreigner who murdered an American student.  Revoke their federal funding!"  The "American" was Ella Cook of Alabama.  Loomer doesn't give a damn about MukhammadAziz Umurzokov, who had Uzbek-US citizenship.  Why doesn't Brown vet people to make sure they won't shoot up the place twenty years later?  And this "Portuguese connection" -- are they white Europeans or what?  I'll bet they hate Israel.  Better add them to the no-tourists list.

Turning Point USA is holding another crackpot conference in Phoenix and organizing their Victim Blaming team for the 2028 Olympics.  "You make a handful of crappy movies," yelled head coach (?) Steve Bannon.  "Charlie Kirk changed the direction of this country and saved this country and then was assassinated in the process.  Dude, you raised a kid that slit your throat."  Grade A Bannon, dumb, vile and not even original.  Back when Charlie Sheen was going off the rails yelling about tiger blood and "winning!" they couldn't stop blaming Martin Sheen because he also fought for liberal causes and even played a liberal president.  Liberals are forever culpable for anything their adult children do.  Junior Trump can shove a Bolivian coca field up his nose every day and we're all supposed to pretend he has allergies.

Steve Bannon has one credit on IMDB, as the perpetrator of "Battle for America."  I haven't seen it.

Speaking of the Blessed Martyr Kirk, you may remember Larry Bushart, the retired police officer who reacted to the killing with a Trump quote about last year's shooting in Perry, Iowa ("We have to get over it").  He was arrested and charged with making a terrorist threat against Perry County, Tennessee, and jailed for 37 days until the charge was dropped.  He is suing Perry County and its sheriff for violating his Constitutional rights.  Let's hope there are many more such actions.

Did you know that rising unemployment is good?  Try to follow this:

The millions of jobs added under Biden must all have been government jobs.  Or a DEMOCRAT HOAX!!

Food prices are high on both sides of the tariff wall which has replaced the once unguarded border between the US and Canada.  Robins de ruelles (Robins of the Alley) are doing something about it.  Dressed as Santas and elves, they filled bags and carts with groceries at a Montreal supermarket and left without paying, distributing the food to community fridges across the city.  "A handful of corporations are holding our basic needs hostage," they wrote on Instagram.  "For us that's what constitutes theft, and they are the real bandits."

Joyeux Noel!

News I can use:  A study published in Neurology suggests that eating high-fat cheese and cream may be associated with a lower risk of dementia.  Thanks, that's all I needed to hear.

When HHS has a public event it's hard to know if we're supposed to panic or laugh.  Brainworm Bob and his sidekick Oz held a presser to denounce Trump's favorite punching bag, gender reassignment, with Oz homing in on the cost:  "The creation of a penis costs $150,000...if you add testicles that's extra."  Why didn't you say so?  And while we're talking, thanks for shutting down the transgender suicide prevention hotline.  Why would anyone want to die in such a compassion-free country?  This was denounced by the American Academy of Pediatrics, so they've now lost millions in HHS grants.  Wait till Brainworm hears about the "freebirth" movement.  This has convinced some Canadian women that all pre-natal care is bad including ultrasound, which its founder, former midwife Yolande Norris-Clark, blames for (what else?) autism.  A Guardian investigation traced 48 stillbirths and neo-natal deaths to her method of hands-off giving birth.  One passionate supporter, Alexandra Smith, doesn't believe in germ theory, contagion or gravity.  Meet the next Mrs. Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.  Canadian women can have all the care they need at no expense, and some choose not to.  American women get only what they can afford and if they miscarry they risk being charged with murder.  What a world.
